When I first saw Camilla on the schedule, I was like “hmmm not really my thing” but then 1st day jitters overruled, so I took the “meh” approach and went to it anyway. And boy was I glad I did!! Camilla completely blew all my expectations when she opened the show with an Avatar clip and two models dressed and painted like true Na’vi people. What followed was a colourful array of models dressed in bright neons and blues, soft peach and pinks and tribal tones, with prints clearly inspired by the Avatar movie and nature in general (fish scales, animal prints, watercolour florals and ink dyes). Kaftans and maxi dresses naturally ruled, but what really was the stand out for me were all the make up and accessories. There were massive hot pink lashes, bright eyeshadows, crimped fros, headscarves, black bob wigs, amazing tie-up wedges and headgear
